What you’ll do as a Product Designer at YND

As a Product Designer at YND, you’ll collaborate with designers, product managers, developers and other team members to design, launch and iterate on digital products for international clients.

You’ll translate user needs and business requirements into user flows, prototypes and high-quality interfaces across multiple platforms, contributing to shaping product experiences and refining solutions over time.

You may also occasionally support internal design or marketing initiatives by preparing visual assets, working in an agile environment where collaboration, critical thinking and initiative are valued.

Must-haves

• 3+ years of experience building and shipping products for mobile and desktop

• Portfolio of creative design that showcases your visual and interaction design skills (Absolutely MUST have)

• Knowledge of UI design processes and best practices of responsive design

• Knowledge of UX best practices, tools and processes to reach both: business goals and high usability standards, while moving within any project constraints

• Knowledge of basic graphic design principles

• Strong understanding of typography & composition

• Being up to date on the latest trends, methods, and tools in digital product design, regularly consume blogs, books and articles to expand your field of expertise

• Ability to work well in an ego-free, highly collaborative, and cross-functional team

• Excellent English skills (we work internationally)

• Ability to make quick and firm decisions

Nice to have

• Animation/motion design skills

• Basic HTML / CSS knowledge to better understand UI design constraints
