About the role

As a Junior Technical Project Manager at YND, you will actively participate in software product delivery and work with cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will:

  • Understand, analyze, and help break down business requirements into implementable features

  • Capture and track the delivery of planned work

  • Communicate and resolve impediments

  • Shorten feedback loops

  • Help maintain the product backlog

  • Provide input during discussions to ensure correct, scalable, reliable, and performant solutions

  • Participate in discussions about management methods, agile practices, and tools selected for the project management process at YND

Job requirements

What We Need from You

  • Analytical thinking

  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken, in both Polish and English)

  • Degree in computer science or a related technical or engineering field

  • Experience with Agile software development

  • Eager to learn and improve

Nice to have

  • experience with requirements management tools (e.g. Jira and Confluence)

  • Agile certification
